Our National Instruments™ data acquisition system gives us the ability to convert physical data such as flow rate, temperature, and pressure into a measurable electrical signal. Available on USB, Ethernet, and Wi-Fi as well as with stand-alone options. The NI DAQ consists of sensors, an NI CompactDAQ controller, DAQ measurement hardware modules, and a computer with customized data acquisition software.

Our most common used sensors are transducers, thermocouples, RTD’s and flow meters.In order to monitor and log our data we use National Instrument DAQ modules along with custom NI LabVIEW™ and Signal Express™ software, which is monitored and controlled in our Data Lab. Captured data can then be displayed and streamed for review in real –time.
